What is Therapeutic massage?
Unlike a spa massage experience, Therapeutic massage is a methodical approach that involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body to alleviate tension, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. By targeting specific muscle groups and applying varying levels of pressure, a skilled massage therapist can promote relaxation, improve circulation, and release toxins trapped in the muscles. The benefits of therapeutic massage extend beyond mere physical relief, as it can also have a positive impact on mental health by reducing anxiety and promoting a sense of calm. Whether seeking relief from chronic pain or simply aiming to unwind after a long day, therapeutic massage offers a holistic approach to self-care that can rejuvenate both body and mind.
Techniques include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, energy balancing, deep tissue, active/passive range of motion, and relaxation are used in a unique blend to address specific ailments and needs. Great for chronic pain!
